Due to the perishable nature of our cocktail ingredients and spirits, we can only accept returns on unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Once received, our team will inspect the seals; approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
